Reading an Agile price table.

Each row is one half-hour. The times are Europe/London. The number is pence per kWh, including VAT, one decimal place. A negative number means the unit rate is below zero for that half-hour.

The caption names the region and when the table was written. The source is the Octopus Energy public API, via Ember EV's marketing-stats feed. If that feed fails, the page is not filled with stand-in prices.
